These terms apply to orders and services from Redamancy Creations LLC, Norfolk, Virginia. By submitting an order request or placing an order, you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Prices listed on our website are standard starting prices. Your final price is confirmed in a written quote after we review your design, quantity, sizes and any customization such as names or line numbers. Quotes may change if the order details change.

Artwork and approval

You confirm you have the right to use any artwork, logos, names or images you send us. We review all organization and licensed designs before production. Artwork clean-up is available: vectorizing $20, digitizing for embroidery $30. Production starts after you approve the quote and proof.

Payment

We accept Square (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Cash App and Zelle. Deposit requirements, if any, are stated in your quote.

Timelines

Turnaround depends on order size and the work involved. We confirm whether we can meet your needed-by date before you pay. Dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless confirmed in writing.

Shipping and pickup

We ship within the United States at USPS rates, or you can pick up locally. Pickup details are confirmed with your order. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Custom work, returns and refunds

Custom items are made to your specifications and are not returnable. If an item arrives with a production defect or does not match your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Text messages (SMS)

By opting in on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Redamancy Creations about your order requests, quotes, proofs and order updates, and marketing messages if you separately opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.
